Our guest house offers firsthand knowledge of many local activities and attractions. Dave, one of our hosts, has a particular affinity for the sea and has enjoyed the kayak and boat trips multiple times. Guests who book activities through us can receive a discounted rate on select trips.

We are always available to answer questions and welcome guest feedback, so we can continue to provide excellent service. Upon arrival, we provide guests with advice on activities, walks to town, and restaurant recommendations. Grotto Beach, one of the few blue flag beaches in the Western Cape, is just a five-minute drive away, and the Hermanus Golf Course is only 5kms away.

Hermanus is known for its fantastic wine estates and restaurants that boast magnificent views. From June to November, guests can enjoy whale watching, which is said to be the best land-based whale watching in the world.

Our hosts are delighted to arrange local activities such as whale watching, sea kayaking, fishing, shark cage diving, boat trips, horse riding, scuba diving, bird watching, wine tasting, mountain walks, and quad bike trails. We also assist with restaurant bookings and provide holiday advice to ensure a memorable stay.
